1. The Training Plan

Body Vision training plans are created using the most efficient principles in long term weight loss. You will receive full guides for each workout, including warm up and cool down elements. It is highly advised that you follow each workout fully, from warm up to cool down, to ensure no injury is likely to take place Technique is also essential to avoid injury. Every weighted exercise that is included in the plan will have a description of how to do it using the correct technique. If you are unsure about your movement then please either use a friend or a mirror to check and correct. You will be able to choose what disciplines you would like to use in the cardiovascular element of the training (Jogging, Cycling, Treadmill, Exercise Bike, X trainer, Rowing Machine, Step). All cardiovascular workouts and warm ups will then use these disciplines. If none of the aforementioned pieces of equipment are available then you will be asked to do star jumps. If you do not feel these are appropriate for yourself then you must replace with a more suitable alternative. The resistance workouts are created using the exercises that are determined to make the most difference to your body transformation goals. You will receive full information on how to structure the resistance workouts, including reps, sets and rest. However, as weights are highly dependent on the individual, you will need to determine what weight to use to achieve the required number of repetitions. You can note these in app for future reference.

2. Plan Adherence

The plan is created to meet your exact requirements for the fastest possible body transformation. You will need to follow the plan 100% to achieve the greatest results.

3. Office Hours

Because I have clients from around the world and who take part in my plan during different times of the year I run long office hours. This allows me to assist people through the year. As I receive a large number of correspondence I will aim to respond to emails within 5 working days.

4. Liability and Risk

When you take part in the Body Vision plan you are doing so under your own responsibility and this responsibility means that you accept any adverse effects you may encounter. Any form of exercise carries a risk of injury, especially if the correct technique is not adhered too. If you choose to participate in the plans you do so of your own free will and accord, knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks associated with such exercise activities. You must, prior to starting any exercise or nutritional plan, consult a doctor to ensure that you are able. There are no exceptions to this. In the event of injury or illness you must consult your doctor immediately and follow their advice completely. You are using the plan at your own risk and Body Vision is not responsible for any injuries, illness, health problems or even events of death caused by doing so. Body Vision has correct and approved insurance with a UK insurance provider, which is updated every year. Details of our insurance can be provided upon written request.

5. Data Protection Act 1998

All information supplied will be held by Body Vision and will remain securely protected and fully confidential. Your details will only be used for research purposes and will not be passed on to any third parties or used for marketing purposes in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. The data will only be disclosed to employees of Body Vision to allow us to create your plans. Body Vision may use your personal information to provide products and associated services you request to administer your account and to contact you for feedback on your use of such products and services. Your email address will not be used to send unsolicited marketing material to you.
